I am a loyal customer! I've had nothing but good experiences with RCS. I've been using them for a few years now, and they've always taken really good care of me. They squeeze me onto their schedules (usually same day) when my unit goes out in hot months. They run down options for me clearly and honestly - they don't push me to buy a new unit if they can fix the one I have. It's really nice to have someone I can trust to give me good, honest, reliable service. They also have very reasonable prices.

This company was awesome! My air conditioner went out and they were here within a couple of hours on a Saturday morning. I, unfortunately had to purchase a new heat pump, but during the time I was waiting for it, they brought over a portable air conditioner for the bedroom, where the dogs and I could comfortably hang out. When it seemed to be leaking water, they were here in less than an hour and fixed it! When it's 110 degrees out, you appreciate the smallest things even more! The guys who work here are knowledgeable, dependable and nice to be around. Justin went out out his way to help and answers your phone calls himself. I ended up having to buy a new heat pump and their prices are reasonable to say the least for all they did for me. I own my home and am so glad a friend who works for a property management company recommended them, and why they use them for their rental services. You can't go wrong with Reed's Crew Services.

Have used RCS for both installation of a new "Day & Night" A/C unit and furnace... and to resolve plumbing issues. Every single member of their crew and staff are exceptional! Huge kudos to "Brett and Caden", the AC service technicians. Massive props to "Alec and Michael", plumbers who installed replacement shower valve assemblies, and to the other "Michael" who replaced the water main valve. Timely and exceptional craftsmanship at reasonable prices... what more could you ask for. I'm going to call upon these great people again as I rehab my other two Phoenix properties. Thank you, RCS!

My primary contact was Jesse via Facebook. Very polite and professional. Went over my needs, and put together a quote for me, and even offered a discount for cash payment. He scheduled me 2 days out which was great. His crew showed up and got us all taken care of.
We were so impressed, we had them out a week later to take care of a water softener and R.O. system. His crew showed up again a couple days later as promised, and once again we were very happy. Afterwards when I had questions Jesse was quick to get back to me and answered my questions.
I can't say enough about Jesse and his crew! Will definitely keep them in my contacts for any future needs, and recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

I am so impressed with Reeds Crew Services! After years of problems with my AC and dealing with inept technicians who would make me wait days in the heat for a return phone call and would only band-aid the problem, I switched to RCS, not really hoping for much better. I was shocked to have a Service Tech at my door that same evening, and within a day and a half, had a beautiful new unit installed. Brad helped me from start to finish, he was knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. Everyone in the crew was on time, kept in touch, and really made it a priority to get me taken care of. I can't say enough! I highly recommend them!

Incredible experience working with Joshua W. RCS was the Third company that I had quote us the cost to repair or replace the AC for our main floor. Josh was be far the most knowledgeable and friendly expert that we interacted with, out of the 3 companies that we had come to our house and we ended up having him complete our work. I am definitely a fan of the company now and will use them for all future work.

I am so pleased RCS was sent out by my insurance company. Rich came out in the evening to find and fix a water leak. He was communicative, professional, experienced, and kind. He fixed the leak for $95 where another company wanted over $2000 up front before finding out what was causing the leak. Thank you Rich!

My AC stopped running on a 110+ day in June. RCS sent Tyler out to help us. He was quick to find the problem, and he took the time he needed to make sure the fix was done right. After two bad experiences with other AC companies in the valley, I finally found one that I can rely on.

Reed's is awesome! My hot water heater broke recently and I came downstairs to flooding. Reed's was able to come out that same day and install a new water heater. I had Will and Pablo come over today to replace my motor for my basement plumbing. Will always kept me informed of the process and recommended to go with a bigger motor than my current one that had stopped running. The bigger motor was pretty much the same price that I paid with a different plumbing outfit two years ago for a smaller one and it came with a 3 year warranty. Will and Pablo did a great job doing the whole project and thoroughly cleaned up the mess when completed. Thanks for the help today.

Shout out to this company RCS Heating and Cooling out of San Tan Valley but especially to Pablo that came and fixed a leak at the house. Valve to the irrigation system broke and so did the backflow valve. The whole front valve system had to be replaced. Water flooded the whole front yard and was running out into the street. Pablo came out, super courteous, super nice and stayed for probably at least 4 hours or more working to get the whole thing replaced. If I could give them and Pablo 100 stars I would. So very happy we didn't have to go until the next day without water to the house.
